So much love for Liverpool

Well, 9 months into the job and I would say I successfully managed the door for the launch of our 16th Cosy Club. I write this a little fuzzy-headed following a night of celebrations with the wonderful new team at Cosy Club Liverpool.

If you were lucky enough to attend, you’ll know how busy it got very quickly and how well our fantastic staff members coped with a busy restaurant and bar – well over capacity for the number of covers we had.

I welcomed over 200 guests on the door on Wednesday evening and was really blown away by how lovely everybody was (and I’m not just saying that). We had some fantastic comments on the food, hospitality and drinks that we served that evening and I never tire of hearing it. The amount of footfall we get passing our new Cosy Club front door is insane with Christmas shoppers and it was just a shame that we couldn’t let everyone in!

I also visited a few tables to collect email addresses for our mailing list and chatted to numerous guests about their experience. They couldn’t get enough of the tapas.

I just love how the new Cosy Club looks at night, you could almost be in Japan with everything lit up in the city for Christmas.

Can’t wait to see how we do in one of the busiest trading months of the year, I wish the team every success and hope to see plenty of the Liverpudlians enjoying a meal or two with us in the near future.
