A sneak peek at our new Winter menu
It’s been a really exciting month for me, not just because I really love the colder weather and those Autumn vibes, but also eagerly awaiting a brand new menu. Getting to sample some of the new dishes before they go on truly feels like I have the best job in the world.
The ‘cosiest’ time of year for us, literally, brings with it some ‘Winter Warmers’ but brand new dishes that really go some way towards delivering our Cosy Cause – ensuring every customer leaves feeling splendid.
Not to spoil too much, our delicious dishes are coming very soon and our new menus are soon to be published right here. In the meantime, I absolutely must tell you about some of our new drinks…
Just look at this little beauty…
A sweet little concoction served up with a slab of the cake itself, ideal for after dinner drinks or something to take the edge off after a long day at the office. It’s quite sweet as you’d expect so definitely one for the ladies I’d say.
Now, not to go all James Bond on you, but the traditional vodka martini is here to stay and you can of course order it shaken or stirred. I would also highly recommend the olives, bloody love olives…
You like Rum? Boy do we have something special for you… our Ron’s Raisins cocktail is bound to satisfy those cravings. Invented by our very own Martin Kucaba from Cosy Club Birmingham in our annual cocktail bust off competition, Martin won hands down with this unique beauty. It even includes his own homemade raisin syrup and it’s made with Ron Barcelo rum (hence the name). I’ve never tasted anything quite like it and it always tastes that bit more special when a member of staff has invented it themselves.
All in all, photographing the new cocktails this week for our staff to use on social media and in some of our other materials has been extremely enjoyable for me (especially the tasting part).
I honestly can’t wait for these to launch and start to hear feedback from you lovely people.
