Summer menu delicious-ness

Date Published:

It’s that time of year again where we refresh our already delicious menu with some wonderful new summer dishes. As well as some improvements to signature dishes, there are some new chaps and chapesses making an appearance. Feast your eyes on these.

Beef Brisket – Created by our very own chef at Cosy Club Ipswich, George Maurins following the food bust off. It’s everything you want it to be. Don’t miss out.

Roasted Lamb T-Bone Chops – Every bit as meaty and indulgent as you’d expect them to be. Served with green beans, sauteed potatoes and balsamic tomatoes – just the right amount of tang to spice them up a bit!

Slow-Cooked Pork Belly – I am yet to meet anyone who doesn’t love a bit of creamy mash. An excellent substitute for a Sunday roast. Bit of bread and butter on the side to mop up that gravy as well please…

Crayfish Pappardelle – For all the pasta lovers – this is it. In a lobster and prosecco sauce no less!

Pimm’s Garden Salad – Isn’t she lovely? Gluten Free and Vegan, she’s fresh, sweet with an interesting mix of apple, mint, cucumber and candied walnuts. Finished with a Pimm’s and mint dressing. You can also add chicken or ham hock if you’re so inclined…

Tandoori Chicken Sandwich – Tandoori chicken breast, onion bhaji, mango mayo, raita – all between some gorgeous Puccia bread. It’s spicy and insanely good.

Mini Pudding Sharing Plate for Two – And for dessert – you won’t be left disappointed. Chocolate brownie, macaroons, lemon posset and fresh strawberries. Served with a chocolate dipping sauce – dip it all in, even your fingers.

Cosy Sundae – The ultimate in Cosy Club puddings (aside from our gin and lime cheesecake, which I simply cannot get enough of). It’s got everything – chocolate brownie pieces, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and boozy cherries. At £4.95, you definitely need to save some room for this beast.

So when can you dig in to all these goodies? The new menus are launching across the Cosy Clubs throughout 2 weeks in July:

  • 18th July – Leicester, Cardiff, Bristol
  • 19th July – Stamford, Hereford, Bath
  • 20th July – Ipswich, Cheltenham, Bournemouth
  • 25th July – Liverpool, Birmingham, Taunton, Worcester
  • 26th July – Manchester, Derby, Exeter
