• Tables must be booked in advance
• One bottle of sparkling wine free of charge to tables of 4 or more guests
• One glass of sparkling wine per person on tables of 3 or less
• This offer is valid Monday – Friday only 14 days from the date of receiving the ‘Happy Birthday’ promo email
• Management reserves the right to withdraw/changes offers (without notice), at any time
• Guest must be 18 or over to participate
• The offer is available in England and Wales
