Early Bird Christmas Gift Card – Terms and Conditions

Book a Christmas party before 26th September for groups of 8-15  you’ll get a £20 e-gift card and for 16+ or over a £50 e-gift card.

• • This early bird Christmas party gift card redemption promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid for a limited period,  ending Thursday 26th September 2024 inclusive (the “Promotional Period”). The Promotion is applicable to any qualifying transaction made within this time period.
  • To qualify for this Promotion you must have booked a Christmas party happening between 20 November 2024 and 24 December 2024 before 26th September 2024. This event must also be for 8-15 to qualify for your £20 e-gift card; and 16 or over for a £50 e-gift card.
  • To qualify for this Promotion you must use the code ‘Let’s Party’ in your enquiry message to our reservations team. 
  • You will then be sent your unique £20 or £50 e-gift card to use via email to the address you made the event booking with between 3rd January 2025 – 10th January 2025. This e-gift card will be valid from January 3 2025 until January 3 2026.
  • Only one gift card can be claimed per customer who completes a qualifying transaction, irrespective of the number of qualifying transactions.
  • You must have an email address to participate in the promotion (so that we can email the e-gift card reward). Please visit www.cosyclub.co.uk for our privacy policy.
  • E-Voucher and Gift Cards (provided by Toggle) are valid in any Cosy Club across England and Wales.
  • E-Voucher and Gift Cards (provided by Toggle) must be presented on arrival or at the point of payment. 
  • E-Voucher and Gift Cards will be registered or scanned at the point of redemption to ensure they are valid. 
  • E-Vouchers are only valid until (and including) the expiry date displayed on the voucher. 
  • The expiry date and remaining balance of Gift Cards can be checked by visiting https://vouchers.cosyclub.co.uk/balance. 
  • All Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • Duplicate vouchers will not be accepted. 
  • If you are using a voucher please let a member of the team know before you order. Vouchers cannot be redeemed on the App. 
  • If your bill exceeds the value of the E-Voucher and Gift Cards (provided by Toggle) they may be supplemented by cash, credit or debit card.
  • Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.
  • The gift card will expire 12 months from issue. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card.
  • Cosy Club reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time at its discretion.
