Cosy Club table reservation services are provided by ResDiary subject to their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statements
Marketing communications
Unless the User has agreed to the use of the Registration Information for direct marketing purposes by ResDiary, third-party restaurants or other venues or selected third parties, we agree to use the Registration Information only for the purpose of supplying the Services to the User and any other purpose to which you have separately consented.
ResDiary Operation of service communications:
This is separate to the marketing communications, ResDiary will send the User the following for the operation of services:
- Notifications via email or SMS to confirm your booking details.
- A reminder email prior to your confirmed booking
- A final email post dining for the request of feedback.

Booking Terms and Conditions
- To confirm your booking with us, we may request card details to cover the instance of a no-show or late cancellation for your booking.
- A £10 per person charge will apply, if you do not honour or cancel your booking with at least 24 hours notice. Don’t worry, we will not charge you anything in advance.
- Anything less than 24 hours notice for cancellation or a no-show, will mean your card will be charged £10 per guest.
- Please keep us up to date of any changes to your group size, however small.
- On the day of your reservation, a charge of £10 per guest will apply for any no-show guests if your party size decreases by more than two.
Bookings in our Private dining rooms:
- To confirm your booking with us, we may request card details to cover the instance of a no-show or late cancellation for your booking.
- A £10 per person charge will apply, if you do not honor or cancel your booking with at least 7 days notice. Don’t worry, we will not charge you anything in advance.
- Anything less than 7 days for cancellation or a no-show, will mean your card will be charged £10 per guest.
- In the instance of a no show or late cancellation, your card will be charged 100% of your minimum spend or in the case of no minimum spend, it will be a charge of £10 per guest.
- If the minimum spend is not met on the day of your booking, the downfall will be charged to your card. For example if your minimum spend if £500 and only £400 is spent, your card will be charged for the outstanding amount of £100.
Card charges will be processed by our partner Stripe, and the charge will be taken up to 72 hours after the planned booking. These details are vaulted and retained for 90 days- after this they will be invalid.

Christmas Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposits
- All bookings are pencilled in as provisional until Cosy Club has received full payment of the deposit.
- A deposit of £10 per guest is required.
- This deposit will be taken off your final bill.
- The deposit must be paid within 14 days of making the booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Please keep us up to date of any changes to your group size, however small.
- On the day of your reservation, the deposit will be retained for any guests who do not attend, or if your party size decreases by more than two.
- If you cancel your booking with more than 28 days’ notice, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- If you cancel your booking with less than 28 days’ notice, your deposit may be retained in full.
- If you wish to reschedule your booking with more than 28 days’ notice, we will transfer your deposit to the new date.
How to Pay Your Deposit
- To pay over the phone, please call your local Cosy Club.
- If you wish to pay via BACS or payment link, please email bookings@cosyclub.co.uk.
- Please note we are unable to accept deposits via cash or cheque.
- Deposits must be paid in a single transaction.
Other Information
- We don’t require full prepayment, but if you’d prefer to settle in advance, this must be done at least 7 days before your booking. Any remaining balance will be paid on the day. We are unable to take post-payment.
- Tipple/Cocktail Tokens must be paid for in advance and aren’t refundable.
- There’s no need to pre-order. The order will be taken when you sit down for your meal to ensure smooth service.
- Please note larger groups may be split across multiple tables.
- A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill (all of which goes to our team looking after you).
- We ask that you arrive before your booking time so that you can sit on time.
- Please note, we can hold tables for no longer than 10 minutes after your booking time, after which they will be released. If you are running late, just give us a call.
- Please inform us of any special requirements or arrangements, and we will endeavour to meet them for you wherever possible.
- Menus may change throughout the season, including pricing, based on availability and feedback.
Christmas Private Dining and Venue Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposits

- To secure your booking, a deposit of 25% of the minimum spend is required
- The initial deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking.
- A further 50% is due 10 weeks before your event, with the remaining 25% due 2 weeks before.
- All deposits for private dining and venue hire are non-refundable.
