Cosy Club table reservation services are provided by ResDiary subject to their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statements

We would specifically draw your attention to section 5 of the terms regarding communications from ResDiary summarised for convenience below

Marketing communications

Unless the User has agreed to the use of the Registration Information for direct marketing purposes by ResDiary, third-party restaurants or other venues or selected third parties, we agree to use the Registration Information only for the purpose of supplying the Services to the User and any other purpose to which you have separately consented.

ResDiary Operation of service communications:

This is separate to the marketing communications, ResDiary will send the User the following for the operation of services:

  1. Notifications via email or SMS to confirm your booking details.
  2. A reminder email prior to your confirmed booking
  3. A final email post dining for the request of feedback.

Booking Terms & Conditions

For Group Bookings of 16+ in the restaurant
(Excluding Christmas Period & Special Events)

Deposits
• All bookings are pencilled in as provisional until Cosy Club has received full payment of the deposit – thank you kindly.
• In order to confirm your booking, Cosy Club requires a £5.00 deposit per guest for all parties of 16 or more guests. This deposit will be redeemed against your final bill, of course.
• We need the deposit to be paid within 14 days of making the booking. This is only so that we may offer the table to some other very keen beans if you decide you can no longer make it.
Cancellation Policy
• If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon you can so we are able to make some room for other guests.
• If you cancel your booking and are able to give more than 48 hours’ notice your deposit will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel your booking and are not able to give more than 48 hours’ notice your deposit may be retained in full.
• If you wish to reschedule your booking to a later date and give more than 48 hours’ notice, we will happily transfer your deposit to the rescheduled date.

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to tables of 8 or more (all of which goes to our lovely Cosy Club staff).

For Group Bookings during The Christmas Period

Deposits
• All bookings are pencilled in as provisional until Cosy Club has received full payment of the deposit – thank you kindly.
• In order to confirm your booking, Cosy Club requires a £10.00 deposit per guest for all parties of 8 + guests, or dining from our Christmas menu. This deposit will be redeemed against your final bill, of course.
• We need the deposit to be paid within 14 days of making the booking. This is only so that we may offer the table to some other very keen beans if you decide you can no longer make it.
Cancellation Policy
• If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon you can so we are able to make some room for other guests.
• If you cancel your booking and are able to give more than 14 days’ notice your deposit will be refunded in full.
• If you cancel your booking and are not able to give more than 14 days’ notice your deposit may be retained in full.
• If you wish to reschedule your booking to a later date and give more than 14 days’ notice, we will happily transfer your deposit to the rescheduled date.

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to tables of 8 or more (all of which goes to our lovely Cosy Club staff).

For Bookings in our Private Dining areas

Deposits
• All bookings are pencilled in as provisional until Cosy Club has received full payment of the deposit – thank you kindly.
• In order to confirm your booking, Cosy Club requires a £100.00. This deposit will be redeemed against your final bill, of course.
• In our Christmas period, we will require a deposit of £10.00 per guest.
• We need the deposit to be paid within 14 days of making the booking. This is only so that we may offer the table to some other very keen beans if you decide you can no longer make it.
Minimum spends
• The Cosy Club applies a ‘minimum spend’ for exclusive use of certain areas, you flash so and so.
• The ‘minimum spend’ is the least amount of money a party must spend for exclusive use of certain areas – just in case you didn’t know.
• If you reach the minimum spend, we’ll ever so happily refund your deposit in full.
• Unfortunately, if the minimum spend is not quite reached, then deposit monies will be retained to the value of the shortfall against the agreed minimum spend.
• Please contact us for current minimum spends for use of certain areas per Cosy Club.
• Please note our minimum spends may vary during the festive period.

• If you wish to reschedule your booking to a later date and give more than 7days notice, we will happily transfer your deposit to the rescheduled date. (14day’s during the Christmas period).

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to tables of 8 or more (all of which goes to our lovely Cosy Club staff).

For Bookings with Exclusive use of the venue

Deposits
• All bookings are pencilled in as provisional until Cosy Club has received full payment of the deposit – thank you kindly.
• In order to confirm your booking, Cosy Club requires a deposit. We ask for 25% of your minimum spend.
• We need the deposit to be paid within 14 days of making the booking. This is only so that we may offer the table to some other very keen beans if you decide you can no longer make it.
Minimum spends
• The Cosy Club applies a ‘minimum spend’ for exclusive use a venue.
• The ‘minimum spend’ is the least amount of money a party must spend for exclusive use of certain areas – just in case you didn’t know.

How to pay your deposit
• Please would you kindly pay your deposit in one transaction
• By cash, in person to your local Cosy Club. Top tip… To avoid waiting around all day please avoid our peak times when it can get busier than Piccadilly station. (12pm-3pm & 7pm-9pm).
• By credit or debit card (over the phone or in person).
• Bank transfer, we kindly ask all BACS transfers to be received no later than 1 week before the booking date.
• Sorry, we cannot accept cheques, or payments after the date of your booking.
• Please settle all of your bills on or before the date of your booking.
Confirming numbers
• Please do keep us in the loop on any changes in numbers (regardless of how small), so we can fit you all in.
• In the event that the confirmed numbers in your party reduce by 10% or more without at least 24hrs notice, the Cosy Club reserves the right to forfeit all deposits above the 10% reduction.
By way of illustration…
• If your booking is confirmed for 20 but only 18 people turn up then your full deposit would be redeemed.
• However, if your booking is confirmed for 20 but only 15 turn up then you would forfeit the deposit for 3 people.
Pre-orders
• The Party Menu and our special events’ menus (including our Christmas Party Menu) have been designed so that no one needs the hassle of obtaining a pre-order; the order will be taken when you sit down for your meal to ensure smooth service.
• We do however welcome wine pre-orders to help get the party started.
Damage
• The Cosy Club reserves the right to retain deposit monies should there be any damage caused to fixtures of fittings by any member of the party. Please look after our lovely abode.
Other information
• You are welcome to join us around 10 minutes before your booking time, so we can get you settled.
• We are only able to hold tables for up to 15 minutes after booking time; if you have not arrived or called to let us know you’re running late, we may release your table to another party.
• Please inform us of any special requirements or arrangements and we will endeavour to meet them for you wherever possible.
• Cosy Club accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any items left in our premises. All items are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
