Looking for a unique wedding venue in Nottingham?

Cosy Club Nottingham is a Nottingham city centre wedding venue that blends history, atmosphere and effortless planning — so you can focus on what really matters: celebrating your love, your way.

Set within a striking former Victorian club in the heart of the city, our building brings its own quiet sense of theatre. Think soaring ceilings, glittering chandeliers, rich textures and hidden corners that feel made for stolen moments and unforgettable photographs. It’s a space with history, character and just the right amount of drama, meaning it needs very little decoration to feel magical.

Two men in suits, holding hands and smiling, walk down the steps of a grand building with stone columns—celebrating a special occasion, perhaps Mother's Day, as they share a joyful moment near the entrance adorned with plaques.
Timeless spaces for unforgettable I do's

All our rooms are licensed for civil ceremonies, so you can say “I do” right here, or the Market Square and Council House are nearby.

Our spaces are perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger parties, with room for 12–100 guests depending on your plans. Whether you’re dreaming of a candlelit private dinner or a full-room celebration with a packed dancefloor, we’ll tailor the layout and atmosphere to suit you.

A long, elegant dining table is set with wine glasses, plates, cutlery, floral centerpieces, and wine bottles in a warmly-lit, rustic restaurant or banquet hall. Chairs line both sides of the table.
The Imperial Room

The Imperial Room is nothing short of spectacular, with soaring ceilings, stained-glass windows, wood panelling and a grand dining space for up to 100 guests with plenty of room to dance long into the night.

Two people in suits toast Mother's Day with cocktails; one sips a yellow drink with dried citrus, the other enjoys a red drink with ice and a cherry. A wedding band glints on one’s left hand, adding a touch of celebration.
The Byron Room

For something more low-key, the Byron Room offers an intimate, charming bolthole up on our third floor, for up to 12 of your nearest and dearest.

With wood-clad walls, classic oil paintings, and a large central table, it’s ideal for your special day.

A couple dressed in formal attire embraces and smiles intimately in front of a champagne tower on a wooden table, with lit candles and floral decorations in the background—capturing a magical Mother’s Day celebration.
Raise a glass

With two private bars, the celebrations begin the moment you arrive. The first-floor Cocktail Bar opens into the Victorian Lounge, creating a seamless flow from fizz-filled receptions to dinner. Intimate yet lively, it’s the perfect setting for around 32 guests.
