Cosy Club table reservation services are provided by ResDiary subject to their Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statements
We would specifically draw your attention to section 5 of the terms regarding communications from ResDiary summarised for convenience below.
Marketing communications
Unless the User has agreed to the use of the Registration Information for direct marketing purposes by ResDiary, third-party restaurants or other venues or selected third parties, we agree to use the Registration Information only for the purpose of supplying the Services to the User and any other purpose to which you have separately consented.
ResDiary Operation of service communications:
This is separate to the marketing communications, ResDiary will send the User the following for the operation of services:
- Notifications via email or SMS to confirm your booking details.
- A reminder email prior to your confirmed booking
- A final email post dining for the request of feedback.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Card Guarantee
(Ipswich, Lincoln, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Nottingham, Stamford, Chester, Durham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, York)
To confirm your booking with us, we request card details to cover the instance of a no-show or late cancellation for your booking.
A £10 per person charge will apply, if you do not honour or cancel your booking with at least 24 hours* notice. Don’t worry, we will not charge you anything in advance and if on the day some of your party cannot make it we will not apply the charge. (but do let us know if you can ahead of time).
Anything less than 24 hours* notice for cancellation or a no-show, will mean your card will be charged £10 per guest.
Card charges will be processed by our partner Stripe, and the charge will be taken up to 72 hours after the planned booking. These details are vaulted and retained for 90 days- after this they will be invalid.

*For bookings in our private dining rooms, we ask for 7 days notice of cancellation.
Group bookings of 16+ in the restaurant
(All Cosy Club locations excluding the following restaurants: Ipswich, Lincoln, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Nottingham, Stamford, Chester, Durham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, York)
- All bookings are penciled in as provisional until Cosy Club has received full payment of the deposit
- To confirm your booking we will require a deposit of £5 per person
- Once a booking is made, you 14 days to confirm with the deposit.
- If you cancel your booking and are able to give more than 48 hours’ notice your deposit will be refunded in full or we can transfer your deposit to a booking at a later date.
- If you cancel your booking and are not able to give more than 48 hours’ notice your deposit may be retained in full.
For Bookings in our Private Dining areas
(All Cosy Club locations excluding the following restaurants: Ipswich, Lincoln, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Nottingham, Stamford, Chester, Durham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, York)
- All bookings are pencilled in as provisional until Coy Club has received full payment of the deposit.
- To secure a booking, we ask for a deposit of 25% of the minimum spend or £100- whichever is greater.
- Once a booking is made, you 14 days to confirm with the deposit.
- If you cancel your booking and are able to give more than 7 days’ notice your deposit will be refunded in full or we can transfer your deposit to a booking at a later date.
- If you cancel your booking and are not able to give more than 7 days’ notice your deposit may be retained in full.
Minimum spends
- A minimum spend may be required for the use of our private dining areas.
- The ‘minimum spend’ is the least amount of money a party must spend for exclusive use of certain areas.
- If you reach the minimum spend, we’ll ever so happily refund your deposit in full or use this towards your final bill
- Unfortunately, if the minimum spend is not quite reached, then deposit monies will be retained to the value of the shortfall against the agreed minimum spend.

- Please note our minimum spends may vary during the festive period.
For Bookings with Exclusive use of the venue
(All Cosy Club locations)
- All bookings are pencilled in as provisional until Coy Club has received full payment of the deposit.
- To secure a booking, we ask for a deposit of 25% of the minimum spend.
- Once a booking is made, you 14 days to confirm with the deposit.
- If you cancel your booking and are able to give more than 14 days’ notice your deposit will be refunded in full or we can transfer your deposit to a booking at a later date.
- If you cancel your booking and are not able to give more than 14 days’ notice your deposit may be retained in full.
How to pay your deposit
- To pay over the phone, please call your local Cosy Club.
- If you wish to pay via BACS, please email bookings@cosyclub.co.uk
- Please note we are unable to accept deposits via Cash or cheque
- Deposits must be paid in one transaction
- Please settle all your bills on or before the date of your booking- we do not take any post payments.
Other information
- Please keep us in the loop on any changes in numbers (regardless of how small), so we can fit you all in.
- Please inform us of any special requirements or arrangements and we will endeavor to meet them for you wherever possible.
- Cosy Club accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any items left in our premises. All items are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
- Please note that all our menus are subject to a seasonal and price change
- Please note larger groups may be split across multiple tables.
- A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to tables of 8 or more (all of which goes to our lovely Cosy Club staff)
Christmas Booking Terms & Conditions Deposits
- All bookings are penciled in as provisional until Cosy Club has received full payment of the deposit.
- A deposit of £10 per guest is required for all guests dining from our Christmas menu or in one of our private dining rooms.
- This deposit will be redeemed against your final bill.
- The deposit must be paid within 14 days of making the booking. Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as you can so we can make room for other guests.
- If you cancel your booking with more than 14 days’ notice, your deposit will be refunded in full.
- If you cancel your booking with less than 14 days’ notice, your deposit may be retained in full.
- If you wish to reschedule your booking to a later date and provide more than 14 days’ notice, we will happily transfer your deposit to the rescheduled date.
