You’ll find Cosy Club Oxford on Cornmarket Street, in the middle of the city and a short stroll from just about everything. It’s a restaurant and bar with a bit of Oxford eccentricity in its bones: Arts and Crafts pattern, a dash of Victoriana, a wink of Sixties Biba, and enough velvet to make you forget you only popped in for a coffee.
Come for an indulgent breakfast or laid-back brunch, stay for a long lunch, dinner with friends or cocktails after dark. Heading to the Oxford Playhouse, the New Theatre or the Ashmolean? We’re moments from all three, making us an easy stop before a show, between plans or at the end of a big day.
We’re open from 9am every day, with late nights until midnight Thursday to Saturday. Join us on a Sunday for our Cosy Club Sunday Roast, exclusively in Oxford.

All-day dining in the heart of Oxford
Whatever brings you to Oxford this autumn, Cosy Club is open, warm and ready to welcome you. Come in from the cold for a Chocolate Chai and a Classic Breakfast, go all in on the Cosy Butcher’s Brunch, or make a weekend of it with bottomless brunch and a Bloody Mary.
Come back later for small plates; the Sharing Monkey Bread, made exclusively for Cosy Club by Baker Tom in Cornwall, is one to fight over. Then it’s on to slow-roasted pork belly with braised savoy cabbage, our Malvani chicken curry built on 15 aromatic spices, or a 28-day dry-aged rib-eye from Aubrey Allen, with a side of macaroni cheese because it’s that time of year. Vegan and gluten free options run right through the menu, from crispy cauliflower to the chestnut mushroom curry.
Finish (or start!) with a cocktail, and you’ve got a good excuse to stay out of the weather a while longer at Cosy Club Oxford.

Every pack’s got a king and a queen. A joker. Someone who’s on their best behaviour until the second round. Christmas at Cosy Club is for all of them.
Festive menus run from 18th November through to Christmas Eve. Tuck into three courses from £29.95 – sharing starters dealt to the table, your choice of main, puddings that’ll have you reconsidering your earlier promise to take it easy.
Whatever kind of Christmas party you’re planning on, Cosy Club Oxford has a table for it.

Christmas in Oxford
Oxford’s Christmas celebrations begin in mid-November, with the city’s Christmas Light Festival taking place from 13–15 November. And we’re right in the middle of it, on Cornmarket Street.
The Oxford Christmas Market brings festive stalls, food and entertainment to Broad Street, with the Victorian Christmas Market also returning as part of the city’s festive celebrations.
At the Oxford Playhouse, this year’s Christmas pantomime is Snow White, running from 20 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. Over at the New Theatre on George Street, The Holiday in Concert – Film with Live Orchestra arrives on 1 December, followed by Live at Christmas: Nina Conti & Fern Brady on 4 December, and Christmas in Ireland on 9 December.
Then there are the carols. Oxford’s famous college chapels come alive with carols and choral services throughout December, with several services open to the public.
Whatever’s on your Christmas list, Cosy Club Oxford can be where it starts, where it ends, or both.
